Liu Jingsong (born March 1, 1984 ) is a former Chinese biathlete .

Liu Jingsong only competed in international races in 2004. In Haute-Maurienne he was at the Biathlon Junior World Championships in 2004 32nd of the individual, 50th of the sprint and 46th of the pursuit. Then he experienced the high point of his career with the 2004 biathlon world championships in Oberhof . In the individual he was 101st and in the sprint 104th. In the relay race he was set for the final position, but the Chinese relay team was eliminated with the penultimate starter Chen Haibin . Towards the end of the year he was used again in Beijing for a cross-country skiing Far East Cup and was 20th in a freestyle sprint.
