Liz Burch

Liz Burch (born October 18, 1954 in Sydney ) is an Australian actress , best known for the television series The Flying Doctors .

At 16, Liz Burch played her first role in a pantomime by Snow White . In the 1970s she was very successful as an actress. She presented a show and was a dancer for the Tiny Tim Society . In 1981 she got a role in the series Cop Shop before she got a leading role in the series Australien-Express in 1983 .

In 1985, Burch applied for the role of doctor Chris Randall in the series The Flying Doctors , which gave her the big break. In 1987 private problems persuaded her to leave the series for a short time, but with the support of her family and good friends she stayed with it until the end of the sixth season (1989). After her departure from the series, Burch devoted herself more to the theater and had guest appearances in some series such as B. Water Rats , All Saints , and Warning: Top Secret! . She also played a leading role in Ocean Girl .

One of her more recent projects was the role of Jilly in the youth series Blue Water High . She played that role until the series was canceled in 2006.
