Poker career
Career
Originally, Lieu was primarily a limit Texas Hold'em player who mostly played in cash games . It was only on the advice of her friend John Phan , also a professional poker player, that she took part in the $ 1,500 No Limit Hold'em at the 2005 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas . She finished fifth and won $ 168,590 in prize money .
