Ljubčo Georgievski or Ljubtscho Georgiewski ( Macedonian Љубчо Георгиевски , Bulgarian Любчо Георгиевски ; born  January 17, 1966 in Štip , Yugoslavia , now North Macedonia ) is a poet and politician from 1998 to 2002 and was a poet and politician from 1998 to 2002. He is married and has a son.

Georgievski was the founder of the bourgeois party VMRO-DPMNE and the pro-Bulgarian splinter party VMRO-NP . He improved the precarious relations with Bulgaria and campaigned for a representation of the Albanians .

In 2006 Georgiewski declared himself an ethnic Bulgarian , after which he received Bulgarian citizenship. Since 2007 he has been politically active in Bulgaria for the GERB party and in Macedonia for the VMRO-NP.

In March 2011, Georgievski spoke out in an interview with Radio Free Europe for a compromise in the name dispute with Greece in the name of the Euro-Atlantic integration of Macedonia. He stated that Macedonia is a multi-ethnic and multi-religious state.
