Radmila Šekerinska (in Cyrillic : Радмила Шекеринска; since 2006 Radmila Šekerinska Jankovska , born June 10, 1972 in Skopje ) is a Macedonian politician. From 2006 to 2008 she was chairwoman of the Social Democratic Party of Macedonia (SDSM).

She studied electrical engineering at the University of Skopje , where she worked as a research assistant until 2002. In 1996 she was elected to the city parliament of Skopje, since 1998 she has been a member of the Macedonian parliament. When the electoral alliance Za Makedonija zaedno (Together for Macedonia), consisting of the SDSM and several smaller parties, won the parliamentary election, she became Deputy Prime Minister. Prime Minister Branko Crvenkovski , who resigned on May 12, 2004, to take up the post of President. She was acting Prime Minister for a month until his successor Hari Kostov took office on June 12, 2004, and again after Kostov's resignation on November 3, 2004 until Vlado Bučkovski took office on December 15, 2004.

On November 5, 2006, she was elected party leader of the SDSM. She held this office until September 2008, when she was succeeded by Zoran Zaev .

In September 2006 she married the manager of the Macedonian branch of Diners Club , Božidar Jankovski, and is the mother of a daughter born in 2010.

She has been Minister of Defense of the Republic of Macedonia since May 31, 2017.
