Zoran Konjanovski

Zoran Konjanovski (in Cyrillic : Зоран Коњановски; born March 3, 1967 in Bitola , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a North Macedonian politician.

He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Skopje and from 1999 worked as a mechanical engineer at the water and energy supply company JP Streževo in Bitola. In June 2007 he became General Director of the energy supplier REK Bitola .

Since 1993 he has been a member of the VMRO-DPMNE party . From August 2006 to June 2007 he was Minister for Local Self-Government, then from July 2008 to July 2011 Macedonia's Minister of Defense in the government of Nikola Gruevski . Subsequently, he was Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, as Deputy Minister Ljupčo Dimovski .

He is married and has two children.
