Lyubov Anatoljewna Kharlamova ( Russian Любовь Анатольевна Харламова , English transcription Lyubov Kharlamova, née Иванова - Iwanowa - Ivanova ; born March 2, 1981 ) is a Russian obstacle runner .

In 2004 and 2006 she was Russian champion, and at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 2006 she was fourth.

A month later she was at the IAAF World Athletics Final positive for the anabolic steroid methyltestosterone tested and because of this violation of the doping rules banned for two years.

In 2009 she returned to competition, and in 2010 she became national champion and won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Barcelona , which was disallowed because of doping.

Lyubov Kharlamova is trained by Sergei Jepischin and Jekaterina Podkopajewa.

On September 27, 2017, the World Association of Athletics Federations gave IAAF announced that Charlamowa because of doping has been banned again for two years until 2019 and disqualified July 27 of 2010.
