Lyubow Alexejewna Lyadowa ( Russian Любовь Алексеевна Лядова ; born November 17, 1952 in Nolinsk , Kirov Oblast , Soviet Union ) is a former Soviet cross-country skier .

Career

Lyadowa reached at the Lahti Ski Games 1979 the sixth place over 10 km and the second place with the relay. Two years later she was seventh over 5 km at the Lahti Ski Games. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 1982 , she won the silver medal with the relay. In addition, she achieved 19th place over 5 km, seventh place over 10 km and fourth place over 20 km. In the 1982/83 season she came in the top ten four times in the World Cup and thus finished sixth in the overall World Cup. At the Holmenkollen Ski Festival in 1983, she won the 10 km run. In her last active season she finished 12th over 10 km, seventh place over 20 km and fourth place with the relay at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo .

Lyadova won the Soviet championships three times over 5 km (1978, 1981, 1983), once over 10 km (1981) and once with the relay (1982).
