The Lodrino (Riale di Lodrino) is an approximately 8 km long right tributary of the Ticino in the Swiss canton of Ticino . It flows through the Val di Lodrino , a side valley of the Valle Leventina , and drains an area of around 20 square kilometers. The river only ran in the municipality of Lodrino until it merged with Riviera .

The river is created by the confluence of the Drosina and Mercori at 821 m above sea level. M. above Lodrino. The Drosina rises at about 1800 m above sea level. M. below the Cima della Cengia delle Pecore and the Mercori at approx. 1900 m above sea level. M. below the Poncione dei Laghetti . The Lodrino crosses the narrow and densely wooded valley in a north-easterly direction, flows between Lodrino and the hamlet of Verscio and flows out at 259 m above sea level. M. in Ticino.
