The Lomnice (German Lomnitz ) is a right tributary of the Eger in the Czech Republic .

course

The Lomnice rises at the southwestern foot of the Složiště ( Legerberg , 778 m nm) in the Duppau Mountains . Its source is in the Heřmanov ( Hermersdorf ) desert on the Hradiště military training area .

The stream initially heads south; at U Střelnice (635 m nm) it turns to the southwest and flows through the desert Pastviny ( satchel green ). From the deserted Zakšov ( Sachsengrün ) the lower course of the stream leads to the west. The Lomnice flows on this section through the Horní Lomnice desert ( Oberlomitz ). Then the brook leaves the military area and flows through Dolní Lomnice ( Unterlomitz ) to Kyselka .

After 10.1 kilometers the Lomnice flows into the Eger at the northern foot of the Bučina (582 m nm) not far from the Mattoni bottling plant .
