Lorenz Oken Medal
The Lorenz Oken Medal of the Society of German Natural Scientists and Doctors (GDNÄ) is awarded every two years at the association's general meeting . It is named after Lorenz Oken , the founder of the GDNÄ. It is awarded above all to people who have made a special contribution to the dialogue between science and society .
