Lorenzo Rodolfo Guibord Lévesque
Lorenzo Rodolfo Guibord Lévesque OFM (born December 11, 1923 in Ottawa , Canada ; † May 9, 2007 ) was Vicar Apostolic of the Apostolic Vicariate of San José de Amazonas in the Loreto region , Peru .
Life
Lorenzo Rodolfo Guibord Lévesque joined the Order of the Franciscans (OFM) and was ordained a priest on June 29, 1950 .
1957 he was by Pope Pius XII. Appointed auxiliary bishop in the Apostolic Vicariate of San José de Amazonas and titular bishop of Lemfocta . In 1969 he was appointed Vicar Apostolic of San José de Amazonas. In 1998, John Paul II granted his renunciation of the pastoral direction of the Apostolic Vicariate of San José de Amazonas .
