Lothar Bauerfeld

Lothar Bauerfeld (born October 30, 1924 - † May 4, 2014 ) was a German actor.

Bauerfeld, who plays primarily in the theater field, has been part of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater ensemble in Zittau since 1968 and was its longest-serving actor. His wife Gisela Findeisen also worked as an actress in Zittau.

On the occasion of his 80th birthday, he was honored with a premiere. Bauerfeld played the leading role alongside Sabine Krug in the comedy Ironing by Peter Heusch . This was his last appearance as an actor. From then on he lived in retirement.

Lothar Bauerfeld lived in Olbersdorf . He was buried in the Golgotha-Gnaden- und Johannes-Evangelist-Friedhof in Berlin-Reinickendorf .
