Lothar Frick

Lothar Frick (* 1961 ) is a German political scientist, politician ( CDU ) and director of the State Center for Political Education Baden-Württemberg (LpB).

Life

Frick studied political science at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Southern California . From 1991 until 1995 he was office manager of the deputy chairman of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group Heiner Geißler . He later became deputy head of the "Principles and Planning" department of the State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg . In 2004 he became director of the LpB. Since January 2020 he has headed the LpB in a dual leadership position together with Sibylle Thelen .

He was involved in the local council in his home town of Knittlingen until 2006 .
