Lothar Prehn (born October 6, 1946 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Prehn joined Bayer 05 Uerdingen in 1970 from VfB Speldorf . With Bayer he reached second place in the northern season of the second division in the 1974/75 season , behind Hannover 96 . Second place gave Prehn the chance to advance to the Bundesliga with Bayer . For the ascent it was necessary to prevail in the relegation against the second of the southern season, FK Pirmasens .
