The GTECH SpA (until June 2013. Lottomatica Group) was an Italian company based in Rome and in the FTSE MIB of the Italian stock exchange listed in Milan. Lottomatica was one of the world's largest lottery providers with around 9,000 employees in over 100 countries.

On August 29, 2006, what was then Lottomatica acquired GTech Corporation . Lottomatica and Gtech acquired 50% of the Atronic Group from the Gauselmann Group on January 31, 2008, and 100% as of July 2008 .

Effective April 7, 2015, GTECH merged with the US manufacturer of slot machines International Game Technology , and the company now operates as IGT.
