Louis de la Caze (* 1703 in Lembeye , † 1765 in Paris ) was a French doctor from the Montpellier school .

Live and act

Louis de la Caze was a cousin of Théophile de Bordeu . He studied medicine in Montpellier , where he received his doctorate in 1724. In 1730 he went to Paris and became the King's “Ordinary Doctor” (médecin ordinaire) . Along with Bordeu, Paul Joseph Barthez and Gabriel François Venel he founded the on the animism steel anabolic vitalism of the school of Montpellier .
