Lučka Kajfež Bogataj

Lučka Kajfež Bogataj (born June 28, 1957 ) is a Slovenian climatologist .

The specialist in agro-meteorology researches and teaches as a professor at the University of Ljubljana . She is a member of the Education Committee of the European Meteorological Society .

Kajfež Bogataj was appointed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and was involved in 2007 as Vice-Chair of Working Group II "Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability" in a responsible position in the preparation of the Fourth Assessment Report .
