Luana Rodefeld

Luana Marie Rodefeld (born December 23, 1997 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German basketball player .

career

Rodefeld played at MTV Kronberg and the Homburg gymnastics community in 1846 . As a student at the Grünberg part-time and full-time basketball boarding school, she made her first appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2012/13 season with the Bender Baskets Grünberg . From 2014 to 2016 she played with a double license for second division Grünberg and Bundesliga club BC Marburg . The 1.76-meter-long construction player joined the Bundesliga club USC Freiburg in the run-up to the 2016/17 season . In the 2017/18 season she was in the second division with Freiburg, but managed to return to the Bundesliga.

National team

Rodefeld was a junior national player in the age groups U16, U18 and U20. She won the U16-B-European Championship 2014 and the U20-B-European Championship 2017 with the selections of the German Basketball Federation. Her first international match in the women's national team was played against Montenegro in mid-June 2019 .
