Luc Junior is a French-Belgian Funny - comic book series of the duo Albert Uderzo and René Goscinny .
content
The young reporter Luc Junior is commissioned by his newspaper Der Schrei to deliver exciting reports from all over the world. He is supported by the somewhat older photo reporter Grimmig and the dog Alfons. In a turbulent way, attention-grabbing cover stories succeed.
Background and publication
The series was commissioned for La Libre Junior , the youth supplement of the newspaper La Libre Belgique , and thematically alludes to the then current series Tintin .
The series was then published weekly in two colors from 1954 to 1965 in La Libre Junior . The first seven episodes were by Uderzo and Goscinny, the next by Greg and the draftsmen Sirius and Mittéï . A few single albums were reprinted, including two albums in German in 1989 and 1991 in the Al Uderzo Collection .
In 2014 an anthology with all episodes by Uderzo and Goscinny was published in French and in 2015 by the Egmont Comic Collection in German.
