The Luca ( Portuguese Ribeira Luca ) is a river in East Timor .

The Derac rises in the border area between the Sucos Barique ( Manatuto municipality ) and Laline ( Viqueque municipality ) . During its course through the south of Laline it changes its name to Has . From the inflow of the Datametan , which also rises in the Suco , the river is called Lacluta and now forms the border to the Suco Ahic . The Derocaan rises in the border area to Suco Dilor . After it has merged with the Laclubar , the rivers together form the Luca . The border river between Laline and Dilor, the Cauhoo , reaches the Luca at the southeast tip of Laline. The Luca now flows south as a border river between the Sucos Ahic and Dilor. The latter is replaced on the east bank by the Suco Uma Tolu . Finally, the Luca crosses the same name Suco Luca and finally reaches the Timor Sea .
