Lucijan Fižuleto (born February 23, 1994 in Celje ) is a Slovenian handball player who plays for the Austrian club UHK Krems .

Career

Fižuleto started to play handball at the age of 10, in the youth of RK Celje . After some time at RK Sevnica, the backcourt player returned to Celje. In 2015/16 the right-hander played for the first time in the EHF Champions League and thus in an international competition. In December of the 2016/17 season, Fižuleto switched to league rivals RK Maribor Branik on loan, and the player later cited a lack of playing time as the reason for the change. With the team Fižuleto reached the final of the Slovenian Cup, but failed there because of his home club. For the 2017/18 season he was awarded to the Austrian club HC Bruck, which took part in the spusu league . One season later ( 2018/19 ) the Slovenian was loaned to the UHK Krems.

In January 2020 it was announced that Fižuleto had signed a two-year contract with HT Tatran Prešov , valid from the 2020/21 season .
