Lucio Gaudino

Lucio Gaudino (born March 2, 1953 in Naples ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter .

Life

Gaudino studied architecture and devoted himself to the performing arts from 1980. That year he wrote and directed the television film series Ora zero e dintorni . The sitcom È proibito ballare was also created for television , produced by the Avati brothers and created in collaboration with Renzo Arbore and Nino Bizzarri . Gaudino was also involved in the series Un posto al sole , which was broadcast from 1996 to 2000. For cinema, Adelaide made its debut in 1991, which was shown at some festivals. Several other works followed, among which Prime luci dell'alba was nominated for the Golden Bear in 2000. In the new millennium, Gaudino focused almost exclusively on television series such as La squadra and Distretto di polizia .

In 1987 Gaudino's novel L'enigma del digiunatore di Pinerolo was published .
