Ludger Reddemann

Ludger Reddemann (born July 22, 1938 in Coesfeld ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After graduating from primary school in Coesfeld, Reddemann completed an agricultural training course and attended the Catholic rural community college in St. Ulrich and the farmer's school in Tiengen . He then went to a technical school, where he passed the master craftsman examination in 1963. He later worked as an independent agricultural master. From 1983 to 1991 he was President of the Baden Agricultural Association .

On May 8, 2010, Reddemann was awarded the Order of Merit of the State of Baden-Württemberg by Prime Minister Stefan Mappus .

Political party

Reddemann joined the CDU and was later elected deputy chairman of the Christian Democratic district association Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald.

MP

Reddemann was a member of the district council of the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district from 1971 to 1989 . He was a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament from 1980 to 2001. Here he was chairman of the Committee on Rural Areas and Agriculture.

Public offices

From 1991 to 1996, Reddemann was Political State Secretary in the Ministry for Rural Areas, Food, Agriculture and Forests of the State of Baden-Württemberg .
