Ludi Lin
Ludi Lin ( Chinese 林路迪 , Pinyin Lín Lùdí ) (born November 11, 1987 in Fuzhou , Fujian ) is a Chinese - Canadian actor .
Life
Ludi Lin was born in Fuzhou , People's Republic of China . Lin spent most of his youth in an Australian boarding school. He immigrated to Canada in his senior year of high school . There he then attended the renowned University of British Columbia , where he began his acting training. As a result, he received some appearances in theaters, including in Los Angeles . At the urging of his mother, Lin received his bachelor's degree in dietetics .
Between 2011 and 2012, Lin made several short films. In 2012 he was able to secure a role in the lifetime television film Holiday Spin . In it he was seen as Clayton at the side of Allie Bertram and Garrett Clayton . He then received a guest role in the Netflix television series Marco Polo and in the Chinese fantasy film Monster Hunt . In October 2015, Lin was cast in the lead role of Zack Taylor / Black Ranger in the upcoming 2017 feature Power Rangers . The film was released in March 2017.
