Ludwig Berekoven

Ludwig Berekoven (born May 28, 1927 in Duisburg ) is a German economist .

Berekoven studied business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg , in 1960 he completed his studies with a doctorate on the subject of advertising for capital and production goods . His habilitation took place in 1965, after which he took over several professorships . In 1971 he was offered a professorship at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he held the chair for marketing , international marketing and trade until 1989 .

He researched and published in particular on business and market-related aspects of service providers , international marketing and trade marketing as well as on methods of market research .
