Ludwik Dobija (born July 15, 1873 in Rybarzowice ; † April 3, 1944 ibid) was a Polish politician, member of the Austrian House of Representatives and Sejms .

Ludwik Dobija came from a family of millers. When he was twelve years old, he was expelled from the German high school in Bielitz because of a brawl with a national background . Then he trained as a baker in Biala . As a youth he walked to Vienna to complain to the emperor about the discrimination against Poles. Then he became active in the Christian Social Party . After a year he was arrested and sentenced to half a year in prison. He fled to Hungary from punishment. After an amnesty he came back to Vienna and lived there for nine more years. After returning to Rybarzowice, he married Julia Maślonka in 1896. The couple had six children. He later joined Stanisław Stojałowski's party .

He became a member of the Austrian House of Representatives as a representative of the electoral district of Galicia 36 in 1907 and 1911 . From 1922 to 1927 he was a member of the Sejm .
