Ludwig Hackerott

Ludwig Hackerott (born April 16, 1906 in Bremen ; † August 2, 1997 ) was a German author .

Live and act

Ludwig Hackerott worked for a law firm and notary in Bremen.

A thematic focus of Hackerott's works written in Low German is the past of his northern German homeland. In addition to short stories and poems, he also wrote the radio play The Night in the Water Series , which was broadcast several times and is based on the novella Bulemanns Haus written by Theodor Storm in 1864 .
