Ludwig Merker
Ludwig Merker (born September 1, 1894 in Künzelsau , † March 14, 1964 in Tübingen ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general and combat commander of Vienna in the final phase of the Second World War . The Merker Army Corps was named after him.
