Ludwig Noack (politician)

Ludwig Noack ( Upper Sorbian Ludwig Nowak ; born February 22, 1947 in Räckelwitz ; † August 26, 1996 ) was a German- Sorbian politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Saxon state parliament .

Life

After primary school in Räckelwitz and Crostwitz , Ludwig Noack attended the Sorbian extended high school in Kleinwelka , where he also passed his Abitur. From 1965 to 1970 he studied Slavic Studies in Leipzig , which Noack completed as a qualified teacher for Russian and Sorbian. He was then a teacher at the Sorbian High School in Räckelwitz between 1970 and 1980 and then deputy director until March 1990.

Noack was Catholic, married and has three children.

Ludwig Noack was a member of the CDU (GDR) from 1982 . From December 1989 to September 1990 he was a member of the party executive of the Eastern CDU. From January 1990, Noack was CDU district chairman in the Kamenz district . From March to October 1990 he was a member of the People's Chamber , head of the education working group of the CDU parliamentary group and deputy chairman of the education committee.

In October 1990 Noack was elected to the Saxon state parliament via constituency 24 (Kamenz), to which he belonged for an electoral period until 1994. There he was a member of the Committee for Federal and European Affairs and the Committee for School, Youth and Sport.
