Ludwig Rupp
Ludwig Rupp (born May 23, 1928 in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz ) is a former German politician ( CSU ).
Rupp attended elementary school and the commercial vocational school in Neumarkt, which he left after passing the commercial assistant examination. Later he was active in the Reich Labor Service as well as in military service and was briefly an American prisoner of war . In 1947 he was a founding member of the Association of Homecomers , of which he is still district chairman. In the same year he rose to the full-time managing director of the CSU for the district associations Neumarkt-Stadt und - Land , Parsberg , Beilngries and Riedenburg , later also the district association of Upper Palatinate .
In 1957 Rupp was appointed federal constituency secretary. He also sat on the board of the Europa-Bildungswerk Bayern . From 1958 to 1974 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament . He was always elected directly in the constituency of Beilngries, Parsberg, Riedenburg , most recently with 79.8 percent of the vote. In his last electoral term he was one of the secretaries in the state parliament.
