Ludwigstrasse 6 (Bad Kissingen)
The property at Ludwigstrasse 6 in Ludwigstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-40 .
history
The three-storey building was built in 1879 as a plastered solid structure with a gable roof that is hipped on one side and with sandstone structure. It is designed in the neo-renaissance style with classifying elements.
The property represents the earliest example of the transition from the open, Biedermeier development of Bad Kissingen to the closed urban building method. The classicistic elements probably serve to harmonize with the neighboring property at Am Kurgarten 6 (today Haus Collard ).
Today the property houses apartments and shops.
