Luginsland

Luginsland, Lug ins Land, Lueg ins Land or Lueginsland (southern German: "Lug ins Land", "Schau ins Land") are outdated expressions for a lookout on land. Individual towers, especially the tallest of a castle, were often given the same name, as were mountains with a good view, and metonymically the names were also transferred to other objects.
