Luigi Olivari

Luigi Olivari (born December 29, 1891 in La Spezia , † October 13, 1917 near Udine ) was an Italian fighter pilot of the First World War .

He belonged u. a. of the 91 Squadriglia (91st squadron) of Francesco Baraccas . Of 19 aerial victories, Olivari initially only eight, later twelve were confirmed. He died in an air accident near Udine in October 1917. The military airfield at Ghedi near Brescia was later named after Lieutenant Luigi Olivari.
