Luka-Meleschkiwska ( Ukrainian Лука-Мелешківська ; Russian Лука-Мелешковская Luka-Meleschkowskaja ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Vinnytsia with about 3,600 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in the 16th century, is the administrative center of the eponymous, 102.1 km² district council in the south of Vinnytsia district , to which the villages Prybuske ( Прибузьке , ) with about 380 inhabitants and Tjutky ( Тютьки , ) with about 590 inhabitants.

Luka-Meleschkiwska lies on the bank of the Tschaplja ( Чапля ), a 10 km long left tributary of the Southern Bug , and borders in the north of the municipality on the oblast capital Vinnytsia , the center of which is 10 km from the village. Territorial road T-02-12 runs through the village .
