Luzia Braun (born April 18, 1954 in Meßkirch ) is a German filmmaker , editor and presenter .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1973, Luzia Braun went to Rome as an au pair (according to other sources, a study visit), where she found her second home. From 1974 to 1980 she studied German and history at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg , after which she worked as a teacher for German as a foreign language in the prison in Freiburg and in 1984 she went to the University of Milan as a DAAD lecturer , where she studied German language and literature taught. From 1984 to 1990 she wrote radio features . In 1989 she started working in television, worked as a freelance Italy- correspondent at WDR ( ZAK , foreign reporters , Frizz , Sphinx , morning show ). Luzia Braun, great-great-grandniece of Fritz Heidegger , is married and lives in Berlin and Milan . In her classmate Arnold Stadler's debut novel , she appears as a fashion designer from Milan.
