The StEG II 619–620 formed a series of steam locomotives operated by the Staats-Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft (StEG), a private Austrian-Hungarian railway company .

The machines were supplied by the StEG locomotive factory in 1871 and 1872. They were given company numbers 619–620 and category IVb. Later (between 1876 and 1881) they were given the numbers 606–607 and the original numbers were reassigned with a second line-up (cf. StEG II 619 "–620" ).

The tank locomotives had a saddle tank as there was little space on the machines for the supplies.

The small vehicles came to MÁV in 1891 , which they designated as XIIf 5611–5612 and which were retired before 1911.
