Mária Mračnová

Mária Mračnová (born Faithová; born September 24, 1946 in Košice ) is a former Slovak high jumper who competed for Czechoslovakia .

In 1966 she was eighth at the European Indoor Games in Dortmund and fourth at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest . At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she came in sixth place. In 1969 she was sixth at the European Indoor Games in Belgrade and won bronze at the European Championships in Athens . At the European Championships in Rome in 1974 she was fourth and at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1975 in Katowice twelfth. In 1976 she came seventh at the European Indoor Championships in Munich and fourth at the Olympic Games in Montreal . At the EM 1978 in Prague she finished 13th.

She was Czechoslovakian champion four times (1966, 1967, 1975, 1976) and once Czechoslovak indoor champion (1976).
