Márton Pálfy (born August 29, 1988 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian biathlete and cyclist .

Márton Pálfy lives in Erkel and trains in Budakeszi . He starts for Vasas Budapest , where he is coached by Mátyás Holló . The student started biathlon in 2004 and has been a member of Hungary's national biathlon squad since 2005. In 2005 he contested his first race in the junior European Biathlon Cup . In 2006 he took part in the Junior European Championships and was 77th of the individual and 81st of the sprint in Langdorf . Since the 2008/09 season he has competed in the men's IBU Cup . There a single in Obertilliach was his first mission, in which he ran to 132nd place. In the further course of the season he achieved his best result in this racing series to date with 110th place in a single in Altenberg . The first major event for men was the 2011 European Biathlon Championships in Ridanna . Pálfy was 66th of the sprint and did not finish the race in the individual.

Palfy is also successful as a cyclist and was the Hungarian runner-up in the mountain bike category .
