The Mühlenbek is a left tributary of the Stör in the Segeberg and Steinburg districts in Schleswig-Holstein .
The Mühlenbek rises in Hagen (Holstein) , flows from there to the southwest through the municipality of Quarnstedt , then along the border between Kellinghusen and Wrist to the west and finally through the built-up area of the Kellinghusen district named after it, Mühlenbek . To the west of the district it flows into the Stör.
