The villa at Mühltalstraße 110 is a cultural monument in Darmstadt-Eberstadt .
History and description
The little villa in cottage style was around the year 1900 built. The two-storey , gable-end building has a side dwelling and a hipped roof with dormer windows . The verge is decorated with sawn decorative boards. In the upper floor there are jewelry framework. A balcony rests on a fan-like wooden beam ceiling. The ground floor is made of quarry stone masonry . The window frames and the ashlar of the building corners were made of sandstone . A wrought iron entrance gate is decorated with floral Art Nouveau decor.
