The M8 (Armenian: Մ 8) is a main road in Armenia in the north of the country. The road connects Vanadzor with Dilijan and is part of the transit route between Gyumri and eastern Armenia.
history
The M8 used to be part of the transit route from Turkey to Baku in Azerbaijan and the only route without high mountain passes .
