MDC Partners is a holding company based in Toronto (Canada) and New York City (USA), which mainly holds shares in advertising agencies . It is one of the world's largest groups in the industry, and the US subsidiary Crispin Porter + Bogusky is one of the most renowned agencies in the world. Unlike other holdings in the industry, MDC usually holds a majority stake, typically 51%.

Further shares are held in Allard Johnson, Colle + McVoy, Fletcher Martin, HL Group Partners, kirshenbaum bond + partners, Mono Advertising, Redscout, Skinny (NY City), VitroRobertson, Zig and in the Zyman Group. The CRM division includes the subsidiary Accent Marketing Services, while the SCS division includes Accumark Communications, Bruce Mau Design, Bryan Mills Iradesso, Computer Composition, Hello Design, Henderson BAS, Northstar Research Partners, Onbrand, Source Marketing, TargetCom, Veritas Communications and Yamamoto Moss Mackenzie.
