Małgorzata Dłużewska , after marriage to Wieliczko , (born August 1, 1958 in Koronowo ) is a former Polish rower .

At the 1979 World Rowing Championships in Bled, the boat from the GDR with Ute Steindorf and Corneliaügel won the two without a helmsman in front of the Romanian boat, followed by the Polish Małgorzata Dłużewska and Czesława Kościańska won the bronze medal. At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, Ute Steindorf and Cornelia Klier (-Bügel) won with half a second ahead of the two Poles, behind which the boat from Bulgaria won the bronze medal ahead of the Romanians. In 1981 Dłużewska and Kościańska took fifth place at the World Championships in Munich . The following year, the two Polish women won silver at the World Championships in Lucerne behind Silvia Fröhlich and Marita Sandig from the GDR.

The 1.77 m tall Małgorzata Dłużewska is the mother of the rower Marta Wieliczko , 2018 world champion in quadruples.
