Maartje Scheepstra
Maartje Trijntje Scheepstra (born April 1, 1980 in Angguruk , Papua , Indonesia ) is a Dutch hockey player. Since her debut in 2001, she has played 98 times for the Dutch national team and scored 12 goals.
Since summer 2001 she played for the Amsterdamsche Hockey & Bandy Club , with which she won the European Women's Cup in 2005 . In 2003 she was recognized as a world hockey player among the juniors. Her greatest achievement was winning the silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics . In the final against Germany , she scored the 1: 2 goal.
