Macha Grenon

Macha Grenon (born June 7, 1968 in Montréal ) is a Canadian actress .

Life

Grenon was born in Montréal. In her 20-year career so far, she has played over 40 roles in film and television. In the four seasons of the Canadian television series Scoop - Die Aufreißer , she played the leading role, the other newspaper journalists portrayed a. a. by Roy Dupuis and Rémy Girard , commissioned. She played a supporting role in the Oscar- winning tragic comedy The Invasion of the Barbarians (2003) by director Denys Arcand , in which Rémy Girard can be seen in the lead role.

In 1998, Grenon was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for The Sleep Room at the Gemini Award . In 2002 a Gemeaux nomination for Mon Meilleur Ennemi followed . In 2006 she was at the 26th Genie Awards for Familia as best actress for the Genie Award nominated.
