Mack Avenue Records
Mack Avenue Records is an American record label for jazz in Harper Woods, Michigan . It was founded in 2006 and already has numerous well-known jazz musicians under contract such as Cécile McLorin Salvant , Stanley Jordan , Kenny Garrett , Christian McBride , Danilo Pérez , Oscar Castro-Neves , Gerald Wilson , Tia Fuller , Julian Lage ( Love Hurts , 2019) and Sean Jones .
In 2008 the company acquired two smooth jazz labels. In August Rendezvous Entertainment (founded by saxophonist Dave Koz ) - today Rendezvous Music and in September ARTizen Music Group (founded by trumpeter Rick Braun and saxophonist Richard Elliot ) - today Artistry Music.
The corporate office has been in Los Angeles since 2006.
