Madeleine Sologne
Madeleine Sologne (born October 27, 1912 in La Ferté-Imbault , † March 31, 1995 in Vierzon ; born Madeleine Simone Vouillon ) was a French actress .
The trained milliner began her acting career at the theater. In 1936, she made her debut in the role of a worker in the film in the commissioned work Das Leben ist uns , financed by the Popular Front and directed by Jean Renoir , among others .
In 1938 she was the first lead actress in Le père Lebonnard ( Jean Aicard ). In the following years she was one of the stars of French cinema as an actress of cultivated women who were capable of suffering. Her most important role is that of Nathalie in Jean Delannoy's Der etwige Bann (1943), which is based on the Tristan and Isolde motif.
Sologne was married to the film architect Jean Douarinou.
