Madilyn Bailey (born September 2, 1992 ) is an American singer. She is known for her cover versions of well-known chart successes, which she distributes in the form of music videos on her YouTube channel.

Life

Bailey comes from the US state Wisconsin . She first played the piano , then drums for a few years and later switched to her father's acoustic guitar . In 2015, she recorded her YouTube videos from multiple camera angles that viewers can switch between. Two of her cover versions, the song Titanium - originally sung by Sia - and the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons were able to reach the European charts in 2015 via downloads. In 2015, Titanium was ranked 13th highest on the French download charts of the Syndicat National de l'édition Phonographique . In the Belgian charts , the song reached number 23 in Wallonia . The Titanium cover version by Bailey was also used as music in the German dance show Let's Dance in 2015 and achieved the award of a gold record in the USA in March 2020 .

The acoustic cover version by Radioactive reached number 36 in the French SNEP singles chart in June 2015 .
