Madina Ba is a town in the West African state of Gambia .

Madina Ba is located in the West Coast Region , Kombo East district , around six kilometers east of Brikama . The place is on the South Bank Road between Brikama and Pirang . At Madina Ba, a main road branches off to the south, which in Senegal is called N 5 .
